YOUR PRIVATE CHEF IN MALLORCA
With 30 years experience as a chef, and owner of a successful restaurant and events company in the UK, I am now in Mallorca creating delicious, Mediterranean-inspired and memorable food for parties, anniversaries and special occasions.
Having previously worked in London and Oxford with food giants including Raymond Blanc, Marco Pierre White and Herbert Berger, I set up Home & Away Events and my first Michelin-recommended restaurant, Luscombes, Henley-on-Thames.
With a clientele demanding the highest quality of food and service I continue to improve, develop & grow and am now bringing my fine & casual dining experience to Mallorca with a private chef service.

Over the last 10 years I have been the proud owner, restaurateur & executive chef of my Michelin recommended restaurant ‘Luscombes’ and catering company ‘Home & Away Events’ in Henley-on-Thames.

Henley-on-Thames is the home of rowing and in my previous role as Executive Chef of the world famous Leander Club I was proud to have fuelled the British rowing team to Olympic Gold with my knowledge of nutrition and culinary science.
​
Over the years I have had the privilege of cooking for Prime Ministers, Lords and Ladies, international diplomats, A-list celebrities, authors, TV personalities and rock stars. Of course, I owe my continued success to my loyal customers who have supported me over many years at my restaurant in Henley-on-Thames and they are the reason that Luscombes is flourishing today.
